Julius Kancelskis

Founder & Managing Director​

Julius started Proficient for Crew early in 2018. Julius holds an HND in Business Management and has experience in hospitality, construction and crewing. Since beginning his career in Northern Ireland at 16, Julius has been invited to work for Gaucho restaurant in Dubai. Julius has kindly declined the offer to start Proficient for Crew in London and pursue his dream of opening an all-around skilled labour agency. 

Symbat Tynshimova

Finance Director

Symbat’s background is in Audit, Company Law and Financial Compliance, she holds an MSc in Banking from Queen Mary. Symbat’s currently combining working at a city compliance consultancy with taking care of Admin, Legal and Finance at Proficient for Crew. 

Andrius Jonutis

Catering Manager

Andrius has started his career in Vilnius, LIthuania in the last 4 years Andrius has qualified ​as a chef obtaining all needed qualifications in food preparation and hygiene, gained experience in restaurants across Europe and joined Proficient for Crew as Catering manager. 



All Proficient for Crew members have at least one or two years experience in their field. Our unique recruitment programme helps us choose London's most reliable professionals.
